Shipping Policy
All products are shipped from our studio via USPS. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of order date and you will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note, that we ask you to allow up to 7-10 days from the time of shipment to arrival during the pandemic. We appreciate your support and patience as we are fulfilling orders as quickly as possible
Orders over $70 ship free, orders under $70 ship at a $6 flat rate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love and are happy with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept
returns and exchanges for online orders within 30 days of original purchase.
Refunds for online orders are processed 24-48 hours after we receive your return. The length of
time it takes for your refund credit to show up on your bank account is dependent on your bank's
processing time but is typically 5-7 business days.
For FREE returns back to your original form of payment:
- A refund request must be received within 30 days of your package delivery date.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.
